UPDATE FROM UDACHU

Hold your breath... here is an important update from Udachu investment group. Not sure if it's a good sign or not. There are different opinion flying around. Some are rather negative especially from the bloggers such as nobsblog, paranoid investing, drunkonlife blog etc. Those that are positive about this change are mostly the investors themselves. I think that those who are negative are more or less affected by the recent downfall of NSFG and a few other major site. For myself, i'm rather positive about this change.. i think that if they intend to scam us, they could have do so without telling us and why bother implementing such changes..unless they have other plan in mind..hmmm.. However, we should always hope for the best and be prepare for the worst. :P

Dear Udachu and Silver Gate Investor,

I wish to take this moment to thank you, and recognize your participation in this successful fund. It has been a good year, and the future looks even brighter as Udachu grows stronger and more profitable.

As most of you know there have been several theories as to the changes going on within our group. Often change brings a feeling of unknown, and the unknown is the root of fear. It is all of our goals to not only bring the best resources to all of the friends we have gained over the years, but to also bring you the highest level of security. Security has many facets, and we are working diligently to bring them all to you, our esteemed business partners.

We will always battle against those who try to oppress us, either by unfair taxation, or the computer hackers who simply care to steal a few dollars in E-Gold. We are well aware that we live under a constant threat of these types of activities. What makes Udachu different is that we do not walk blindly in the electronic world. Where diversification has always been our company rule, it is well followed in all respects and not only in how we choose to invest our money. A good example is having our 35 member think tank with Silver Gate Investment Group Inc. We are diversified with well-qualified leaders. Together we will all grow.

At present you may see that sites are up and down. This is due to a much needed maintenance upgrade in order to bring you yet one more level of security. This will soon be completed. In fact, everything about how you are able to access the sites will change. We will now be operating within our own private network, which will provide you with the utmost privacy and security. You will have to download a small piece of software that is encrypted and unique to you. Only you will be able to access your data. You can copy this download onto a USB and carry it with you if you use multiple computers.

As stated before, we are eliminating E-Gold. But as promised we are not leaving our E-Gold users hanging. Arrangements have been made for a very reputable exchanger to exchange E-Gold for D-Carat.

The majority of our members have been very happy with the Blue Banking debit cards. Here again, however, Udachu strives to stand head and shoulders above the rest. Each of our members will be receiving a new debit card with the Visa logo.

Many of you know that Udachu Fund is raising the minimum to $5000 on November 1st. We know that Udachu Fund is a long running and well diversified investment that many would like to get into. We have made arrangements for this which we will be announcing shortly.

Now to the most drastic, yet most positive of changes.

There are domestic forces that would rather not see Udachu succeed, because they feel threatened that people like you will put your trust with us, rather than leave your deposits in a bank. There is a growing threat to stamp out organizations that offer anything above bank rates to residents, under the guise of protecting you as an unsophisticated investor.

Udachu wishes to take a proactive approach to this by becoming compliant with regulations, both internationally and those which affect you where you live. To this purpose, Udachu will only accept 'foreign business clients', meaning an IBC or Foundation corporate entity outside of your country. To this end, all current investors will be given two choices:

a) to be paid out before the end of 2006; or
b) to become a corporate business member.

By default your balance shall be paid to your e-gold, e-bullion, d-carat, or in the case of no reply, to a holding account, no later than December 31, 2006.

For those who want to stay we offer two solutions.

1a) For those individuals invested with less than $5000, we have arranged for your convenience, a smooth and simple conversion process. You may elect to sign two documents; one ends your personal investor position with a return of funds, while the other notionally capitalizes your business membership through a loan agreement to your cell company. Udachu will pay the expenses for a firm to complete the incorporation of many offshore cell companies, each holding up to a couple hundred member positions. Your first year fees will be paid, however an annual $12 charge will be deducted from your Udachu funds on hand, to cover corporate maintenance fees, beginning 12 months later.

In summary, for the longevity of the Udachu Group of Funds, and continued service to Udachu clients, it has become necessary to either upgrade you from an individual to a corporate position, or to refund your balance and end your membership. Online instructions will be provided for you if you currently have an IBC, or wish to upgrade when you next log in to the websites. For Udachu Fund members a link will be provided shortly.

We ask for your patience while these preparations are completed for the sites. A matter of a few more days is all we need.
