XLO / TFT Drama..

Firstly, i must apologise for not posting for quite awhile.

Wow.. what a drama going on in XLO/TFT in just a few short week. Firstly, it's the closing of TFT of which according to Andy, he has losed 97% of the fund in TFT and with around 3% of the fund left, he is trying his best to recover the fund and payback the investor by 31th Jan. This is follow by the announcement of holiday for XLO..of which he said that he need to fully concentrate on the recovery of TFT. This is again follow by the news outbreak by Jack of ASA saying that Andy is intending to sell XLO to Bob Krimm of Tri-star media..and according to Andy, he has no idea where Jack got the news from as he didn't leak this news to anyone. And now..Andy has finally completed the deal of selling XLO to Bob today! Here is the update:

"The purpose of this post is to advise all members that Tri Star has now completed the purchase of the website www.xlentopps.com

The transaction was completed just a few minutes ago.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support over the previous 12 months. I am proud of what we - as an instantly paying surf site, have accomplished.

I wish all of you success in the future.

Andy"

Well.. i don't know what to say. But all this make business sense to me.. it happen in real life business too. Many people build their business and sold it when they see an opportunity coming. I don't know much about Bob Krimm but it seems that he is a suitable candidate to run XLO from posting from some investors in the forum. This could be a win-win situation here as Andy can now fully focus on recovering TFT..XLO members can now go on making money without any delay under the new management. Let's hope everything goes well here.. i'm sure it will as long as Andy don't give up.

Happy 2007!

2006 has not been a very good year for me in the Hyip industry. From the begining of the year to the end. Starting with Studio Traffic, 12DailyPro, Alien Trust etc.. all have suffered loses. Let's hope that TFT will not fail me like the rest. Anyway.. let us look forward to a better year ahead! So i would sincerely like to take this opportunity to wish all my reader a super and prosperious 2007! Happy New Year!!

Update From TFT

Here is a rather disappointing news from Andy. But don't dispare yet, things may not be as gloom as it seems. According to Andy, the old system that TFT is using to generate revenue may not be sufficient to substain it's payout as he seems to be using some of the new investor money to make payout. He proposed a new plan and that is to diverge all the money into the Private Placement Program. He will be closing the site temporarily on 3rd Jan 07 and will begin paying off all investor on 31th Jan 07 with the same ROI of 180%. Here is the update:

"There is going to be a twofold change to TFT.

We have had a few problems with the earning vehicles used for TFT. My sense of why is connected to the recent actions of e-gold and a perceived dropping of confidence in them. Comments by many that e-gold was going to close has added to the general decline. While this is not my position - the way that we used to generate returns has been steadily dropping. Looking for the right alternatives is a daily process.

Steadily dropping returns has meant that some incoming were used to pay existing obligations.

The decline started early December and accelerated throughout the month. This has caused a cash flow issue .

Within the HYIP arena there are such things as private placements - they tend to be "those things you hear about but never actually eventuate." My reading and research has shown them to be real - but previous to now I have not been able to access one directly.

This has changed over the last little while.

The reality part is that I cannot say a whole lot about it but I can assure you and reassure you that I have done my homework.

This opportunity (high risk though it is) is one that I plan to capitalize on.

The downside - the placement fees are high - we are talking serious money here.

So after much discussion here is what I am going to do.

All available TFT funds are to be diverted to this opportunity. This amount still does not meet the minimum required so the following will happen.

Payouts will stop - for the course of the trade.

TFT incoming spends will go to the placement.

TFT will close on 3 January (1 week)

ALL spends (all existing/outstanding ones + all new ones) will be paid in full as of January 31.

To be clear - no more TFT payouts till Jan 31 then EVERYONE gets paid.

Additionally a place in the forum will be set up for those who wish to participate more directly in the placement. Access to that is going to be at my discretion. I cannot empahise enough that this is a private offer. I cannot and will not dicuss publicly.

Participation will be via e-gold - that doesn't change.

Maximum amount to invest is under review.

One more thing - once the amount needed to participate is reached all offers will be closed. We will not accept more than we need. Period.

Now this is not a "going private" thing. It is an opportunity to pool funds to participate in a private arrangement.

I also know (extremely well) that this is going to cause some discussion dissention crtiticism etc. I accept that - just as - on opening the program I accepted the responsibility to generate the returns to you in the most efficient manner possible.

To head off queries -the most obvious being could TFT continue - based on the current (right now) trend - No. Could we trade out? I was and am going to try - and this is the option I have decided upon.

Are refunds available - No they aren't.

I had previously stated that if and when TFT closed everyone would be happy. This closure is sooner than I thought - but I am adjusting to the circumstance.

It is my real belief that although the delay of payout until 30 days may cause some (a lot?) of pain for some, the fact that the program will payout every member in entirety is a plus.

Now the other thing I need to mention. I reckon you have heard this spiel before - I think I have heard things along similar lines. Why should you believe me? To answer that I can only say that I am going into this trade openly and will keep people posted along the way as to progress. I am not closing the forum - nor XLO (which is it's own distinct program). I am working to provide each and every one of you the return you were after - circumstance has dictated that this will take longer than originally thought.

In closing - I take full responsibility for this decision. I understand that is not going to be popular to all - but it is my thought out and considered opinion that it is the best option for everyone.

Your comments are always welcome.

Andy
"

Here are some replies from Andy:

"This is not posted in anger - it is posted in empathy. you chose to high risk and you chose me to manage it. I am keeping my end of the bargain - and doing it the best way that I can. I understand your anger - but I will ask you - do you really think I would be here like this if I thought the whole world was going to stop?
BTW yeah I have been bits n pieces of PP too and from my reading of them what I was in vs what I am offered are two different things.
Not here to calm you down - I am here to make this work"

"First comment and this answers many of the points here. Could you please re read the announcement. Please?
To clarify. TFT funds now + TFT funds that I get + placemnent funds I get all pool together to meet the trade figure. Consider it this way - if you want to be in the placement - and you have an outstanding spend in TFT - you are in. If you want to put more in then you have 5 days in which to do so. If you want to find out more about the placement - and to the person who posted re caution yes I am being VERY careful - this is not a snap decison - anyways to find out more I will have a separate folder tomorrow.
To anyone who thinks TFT is dead no its not its closing - its not dead.
Consider (before anyone asks) February exists ... as does March.."

"I got Ms Beverlys message - much appreciated it was too.
I donlt expect to come out smelling like roses.. but I do know that what I am proposing is not an "end game".. It is a finalisation of a chapter - the book goes on..
ROI - 180%"

"Read the whole thing another way (just a susuggestion)
The last TFT spends will be accepted on Jan 3. All existing and future payouts will be made Jan 31.
A separate program is opening - details to be posted privately. Payouts for this will be made Jan 31st at 180%.
I submit I could have told you just the above. It may have been easier for everyone to accept.
Because in a nutshell this is what is happening."

Merry X'mas!

I would like to take this chance to wish my reader a very Merry X'Mas and a Prosperous New Year!!

Just Pays Daily Update

Look like JP Daily will be removing the referal comission. According to
Richard, the referal comission are taking up too much of his time, profits and the growth that JP Daily is experiencing now are very satisfying and therefore, the working capital are more than sufficient. Hence, he see no need for anymore promotion as the funds are growing steadily towards the 2 million goal.
Well..i'm fine with this move by Richard. My account are compounding and increasing daily.. so glad about it! This is one site that are high in return and extremely stable. If you have not join in this one, it's about time to consider.

Insight Hyip 3

Newton Law says that "For every action, there is always an equal and opposite reaction". This is an universal law and it applies to everything in our lives and everything that happens around us. For example, when you bounce a ball, there are always two equal forces acting opposite each other (the kinetic energy and the gravitational force). If there is only action and no reaction, the ball will bounce forever!
How does this apply to hyip? Well.. I should say it don't just apply to hyip, it applies to everything that we do. So whatever we do(action), there will always be consequences(reaction)..which will always come back doubly hard on us in either good or bad form depending on what is our action. Some people may call this karma. For example, it is always so that the more you give, the more you get and the less you give, the less you get! You watch your health, you get healthier. You get lazy, you are doom to fail in life. You get greedy, you will lose more. You give kindness, you will receive kindness. You give a smile, you receive a smile. You provide value to people, you will receive something valuable in return.
These consequences may not show itself immediately in many cases..but trust me, it's on the way. Therefore, always keep a lookout for your action. If you want good karma, then you got to start doing the right thing and avoid the wrong one.:P

12by12 Daily Bit The Dust :(

Looks like 12by12Daily have bitten the dust.. this is due to many factors and the worst blow came when the investors lost confidence and stop investing in it. Although i've lost a small sum here but i still believe that Dave didn't scam us. He is a downright honest person..one of the best admin i've ever seen. I hope that he will come back again with a new site and i will really give him the support again. For those who have lose here..i hope you understand how this things work when you invest..as Dave have already told us in the first place that his site is model after 12dailypro..which is pratically a ponzi. Anyway..here is the update:
"Hi Everybody,

This is the hardest update I have ever had to write. 12by12daily is now closed. I have done everything in my power to keep both sites operating, but, at the end of the day, if theres is no money coming in, then there is nothing to pay out. Since the launch of 12by12daily I have been working up to 18 hours a day 7 days a week to make this a success. Some of you will appreciate the effort I have put in, others will not. During that time, we have been subjected to some enormous obstacles. Right from day 1 we were subjected to extortion threats, which we did not bow down to. This resulted in our site being attacked by massive ddos attacks, which we were eventually able to repel. It also resulted in our database being totally corrupted due to my attempts to pay everybody for they days they had been unable to surf. We have still been unable to totally correct these errors. Worse than that, it also started a massive campaign of negativity in the forums, resulting in a lack of confidence, and complaints to egold, which saw my egold account blocked. We were able to get through these problems, and make 12by12daily a successful site for a time. Just when we thought we had things back on an even keel, it all started again. First we were hacked, and a number of members had their egold account numbers changed. This took a few days to sort out, but it was the beginning of the lack of confidence shown by members. I could have announced then, that we were in trouble, but I preferred to fix the problem, rather than aggravate it. I announced an increase in the maximum allowable upgrades, and a number of other positive signs about 12by12daily. This worked well for one day, until some unsupportive members announced to the world that we had a cashflow problem. Some others even emailed their downline telling them not to make any further upgrades. The action of these members was probably the single most influential factor in the downfall of 12by12daily. Many of you are familiar with what happens when there is a run on a bank, well the same thing happens in an autosurf program. I had to make changes in payout rules to protect us from that, which I did. This also had a positive effect for a few days, until we got hacked again. This time the hacker got away with a large sum of money. This in itself would not have been enough to bring us down, but it was followed up with another sabotage attempt, whereby we were bombarded with phoney upgrades for a period of about 4 days. Almost every member had at least one of these phoney upgrades added to their account, and by the time we got that problem solved, I could see the level of confidence decreasing by the day. From a position where we would have been able to save the site, Upgrades were becoming less and less each day, until they are now at virtually zero. I have continued to make payouts in that time, in the hope that it might turn around, and I will continue to make payouts over the next few hours, until there is nothing left in my egold account.

I am truly sorry about this situation. I am not a scammer, and I have not stolen and run away with your money. Every penny made from 12by12daily has been put back into the program to make payments, and to make some payments at dadndaves. I am a good person who has been hit with circumstances I cannot control. I believe the majority of members will understand this, and accept that I have done everything I could to keep the program going. There will be a rabble rousing minority who will not accept it, and will go screaming in the forums etc for revenge. If any of those members should be considering legal means to recoup any losses, I would remind them of the terms agreed to upon joining. (Relevant paragraphs printed below) Each member, upon joining ticked a box to say they had read and understood the terms and conditions. This constitutes a digital signature, which is then a legally binding document. If you still wish to pursue this avenue, then I should also tell you there is no money left. Every penny I have made from 12by12daily has been put back into the program,

In closing I would like to thank all the members that have supported me over the last couple of years. It is your support that has enabled me to continue as long as I have. I have been shattered by this, and it is highly unlikely that you will ever see me with an internet business again.

David"

Insight Hyip 2

Many people may be wondering how to invest so that they will not be scam. Well..i personally feel that the we should always look beyond the site and focus on who is the admin. The admin is normally the weakest link in any program. Although there are many factors that affect the survival of a program but with a good and honest admin, a lot of these problems can be resolve. At least you know that your money is in a good hand and the chances that you will profit or even getting back your capital if anything should happen will be much higher. This may not be easy as a scammer can always fake to be a good admin.. so you got to develop a crap detector that allows you to see his true color. How to do that? well..firstly, you got to read more, take note of the comments made by the investors and take note of the admin response. You can even post some silly questions and if he is patience enough to answer you, it will tells a lot about him. Secondly, try to use your head to judge and not just your feeling..cultivate a habit of taking everything you see/hear with a pinch of salt by questioning yourself how true is the statement. Thirdly, always think that the admin is a scammer until proven innocent. Fourthly, look for any track records if there is any. Fifth, give yourself sometime before deciding to invest and during that period, monitor the admin closely throught forum etc (be careful, our first feeling/reaction may not be the best and most of the time its the worst). Sixth, talk to some of the investors about what his/her feeling towards the admin and his program as a whole. Ok..that's all i got to say..good luck!
